Suncity Residents Welfare Association

The Suncity Residents Welfare Association (SRWA) is a duly registered residents' body representing the homeowners and tenants of Suncity Enclave, Sector 54, Gurugram — one of Gurgaon's most established and well-planned residential communities. Established with the singular objective of improving the quality of life within our enclave, SRWA acts as the collective voice of all residents in matters of civic maintenance, security, community welfare, and infrastructure.

Our association operates under a democratically elected governing body, voted in by registered members during Annual General Meetings (AGMs). The governing body is responsible for managing the daily operations of the enclave, engaging with government bodies, overseeing maintenance contracts, managing community funds with full transparency, and ensuring the peaceful co-existence of all residents.

Over the years, SRWA has successfully undertaken several initiatives including round-the-clock security operations, beautification of common areas, water supply management, road maintenance, festive celebrations, and social welfare programmes. We believe that a well-maintained, secure, and harmonious neighbourhood is every resident's right — and that is precisely what we strive to deliver every single day.
