About the Membership Form

The Suncity Residents Welfare Association (SRWA) membership form must be completed by every resident — both property owners and tenants — to avail RWA services, participate in community decisions, and access the resident portal. Membership ensures you are officially registered with the association and entitled to all benefits including maintenance services, event participation, and voting rights during AGMs.

Please Do
  • Fill the form in CAPITAL LETTERS using a black or blue pen
  • Attach a recent passport-size photograph at the designated space
  • Provide your correct flat number, block, and floor details
  • Attach a self-attested copy of your ID proof (Aadhaar / Passport)
  • Attach proof of residence (sale deed / rent agreement)
  • Sign in all places marked with a signature box
  • Mention a valid mobile number and email address
  • Submit the completed form at the RWA office during office hours
Please Do Not
  • Do not leave any mandatory field blank
  • Do not use correction fluid (whitener) on the form
  • Do not submit the form without ID and address proof attached
  • Do not submit on behalf of another resident without authorisation
  • Do not use pencil to fill the form
  • Do not send the form by post — submit in person or via email
  • Do not attach photocopies that are unclear or faded
How to Fill & Submit
  1. 1 Download the PDF form using the button above and print it on A4 size paper.
  2. 2 Fill in your personal details: full name, flat number, block, floor, and contact information.
  3. 3 Paste a recent passport-size photograph in the box provided on the form.
  4. 4 Self-attest (sign across) your ID proof and address proof copies before attaching.
  5. 5 Sign the declaration at the bottom of the form confirming the information is correct.
  6. 6 Visit the RWA office at Community Centre, 1st Floor, Sector 54, Suncity, Gurgaon between 9 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Sat).
  7. 7 Submit the completed form along with all attachments and pay the applicable membership fee.
  8. 8 Collect your acknowledgement receipt and await verification — you will be notified by SMS/email within 3–5 working days.
